I would give 10 Stars if I could. I brought in a mess of a complete transfer from my 11 yr old macbook to my new one and they got it done. While this is 'easy' in theory, aside from the outdated tech, the old machine was unstable, and they still got it done without waiting a week the apple store appointment. Very fair price & quick turnaround time which was the most important thing to me as mine & my company's world was on hold while they completed everything.

On June 15, while on a run, I put my ancient Samsung S10 phone in my sports bra. By the end of my run the touchscreen was mostly unresponsive and very glitchy. Then my phone went black and was completely unresponsive. I assumed that my body heat and sweat had damaged the phone. Unfortunately, I had gotten lazy about backing up my data, so the bigger problem was not being able to access my info. I went to Selectel Wireless Chapel Hill first. The woman working there told me that if my phone would not respond to a charging cable, then there really wasn’t anything anyone could do to recover the phone’s data. She mentioned that there were companies that specialize in recovering data from dead devices, but they cost a lot of money. I was prepared to give up, but my mother called around and ended up speaking with Chris at Jeff Repairs. It sounded like Chris could fix my phone. I took my phone to Jeff Repairs on June 17. After explaining what had happened, Chris seemed confident that he could fix the phone. He didn’t think that moisture was the problem, but believed the problem was the screen. He only needed to order a new screen and replace the broken one. I paid for the new screen and

Jeff's Repair is seriously the best! I've had multiple issues with my phone over the past three months, and they've been amazing every single time. They covered everything under the warranty with no problems and went above and beyond to help me out each time. The turnaround time is always super fast, and they're just awesome to work with. Highly recommend!

I had my phone battery replaced at Jeff Wireless and the experience was excellent. The repair was done very quickly, the price was great, and Jeff had the phone ready exactly when he said he would. But honestly, that’s not why I’m writing this review. While I was there, I watched Jeff spend a long time patiently helping an elderly customer work through issues with his phone plan. He even went as far as calling the man’s daughter and friends to help arrange a ride for him. Keep in mind, this customer wasn’t there to purchase any products or services. It was genuinely nice to see someone treat another person that way. The mark of a person’s character is how they treat people when there’s nothing to gain from it, and Jeff absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’ll definitely be coming back to support this local business. Keep it up, man.
